I have used VHR construction for 35 years. Both residential and commercial. It is a good and honest outfit. I haver always felt comfortable having them in the house and never worried about them being there alone. They have a strong core group of workers who know their stuff. Over the years they have painted the house, remodeled bathrooms, installed hardwood floors, remodeled the kitchen, and many other projects. There has even been a couple emergency repairs come up and they have got them taken care of quickly. I recommend them.

They have been doing work for me since the day they opened their doors, They do great work and are always honest and trustworthy in what they do. They can do any work that needs to be done and if they cant, they always have a subcontractor that can. They are a one stop company and I would always recommend them.

We experienced a devastating and traumatic event in December 2021 – our recently purchased home was consumed in a fire before we were able to take occupancy. After settling with our insurance company we quickly engaged a contractor we assumed to be reputable. After 6 months and much frustration, we found ourselves over budget and behind schedule. We terminated our agreement and then searched for a truly reputable and industry recognized contractor. That’s when VHR Construction came into our lives. Their professionalism and years of experience was evident from the first meeting. They assumed the collaboration with my insurance adjuster, coordinated with Hamilton County, and ensured we had a workable solution with the remaining funds on hand to complete the job. They also quickly determined that initial work performed by the previous contractor was not up to current code and included those upgrades into their plans.
VHR Construction is more than a hammer and nail company, they deliver the engineering expertise to all phases of the job and the exact professionalism and quality control expected from a top level contracting company. VHR has not just re-built our house, they have provided us with our forever home.

I have utilized the services of VHR Construction for both business and my personal residence. They are professional and responsive from the initial contact. Most of my requests are urgent in nature and the leaders at VHR are very sincere and accurate with their timeline of getting to the project. Their rates have been significantly less than several competitors and without any decrease in quality of service or product. VHR is also very prompt at both scheduling and completing projects timely. I always contact VHR first whenever I have any project needs (general construction, plumbing, electrical, etc).
